We want you to love every piece from Palmara. If something’s not right, here’s how we make it right.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be intact

Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (50% or more) are non-refundable.


📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@shoppalmara.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the item (if defective or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • If your return is not approved, it will be sent back to you.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We recommend placing a new order and processing a return for the original item. This speeds up delivery and ensures availability.


❌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a defective or incorrect item, email support@shoppalmara.store within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it fast — at no extra cost.


📦 Returns Address

Returns must be sent to the address we provide via email — do not send items back without prior approval.
